I would like to take this time to thank many of you who have offered encouragement, comments and mentoring advice as I have taken on this new interest in my life.

Chris McIntyre has been a superb mentor. His methods have given us these great replica golf balls for hickory play. Many years of trial and experimentation were needed to get where we are. Randy Jensen has brought a wealth of experience educating me over the years on the history of hickory play, club making and now ball production. Tad Moore is always there to offer advice or make connections.

Many thanks to my wife Nancy for being a huge supporter of the business, despite long hours at the shop during my off time from my “normal” job. She has become an expert ball trimmer in the process.

The gentlemen at Brandthropology, led by Matt Dodds, have been invaluable in producing this new website, re-branding the balls and creating the new vintage logos, sleeves and boxes. The creative process has been different, but exciting for me, a nuts and bolts, “give me the data” type of surgeon.

Many of you have asked if I have retired from my orthopedic surgery practice. The answer is an unequivocal NO! (I have needed a funding source to get this project going).

Again, thanks to you all for giving me this exciting new project that I hope will be successful for many years to come.
